Stent crimping technology for nitinol stents and conventional stents
MPT Europe has developed crimping systems for both Nitinol and conventional stent materials. The crimping systems use the zero-gap crimping head technology specially developed by MPT Europe. They have accurate diameter and force control. The head diameter is made to maximum opening specification and allows for full closure. The heads are servo controlled (+/- 0.01 mm) and can be made to 300 mm length.
MPT Europe has developed some innovative technologies to load long nitinol stents in the delivery systems
